Systems damaged were: FUEL SYS, TRANSMISSION, OIL SYS, HYDRAULIC SYS, PERSONNEL
Casualties = 01 WIA . .
The helicopter made an Emergency Landing. Aircraft is later recovered by any means other than its own power.
Both mission and flight capability were terminated.
